I always drink a ton of water to keep everything flushed out. That also helps with the bladder spasms. You have to keep your bladder full. I can't get rid of one without antibiotics though.
The problem with a lot of juice is the sugar content which doesn't help an infection at all. It's the acidity that's helping clear the infection, but the sugars doing the opposite.
They do sell azo stuff at Walmart. It's not cheap but it's pain relief and they have test kits so you can see how severe the infection is.
Sorry. Other than that I've never found anything to work.

Azo. Your pee will be orange but it works. Go to walmart.

I hate cranberry juice, so when I feel an infection coming on I take cranberry pills instead and drink lots & lots of water to flush out my system.  If I'm still hurting in 24 hours then I see the doctor.

Thank you ladies. I drank a bunch of water and feel a lot better for now but I think I'm going to get one of those test kits to make sure it's not bad.

I drink a beer to flush my kidneys out when I feel like I"m having issues.  Apple juice works too.  I love cranberry juice and used to drink it daily.  Otherwise, I mostly drink juice.

Those are the only I've heard of. I hope you are feeling better soon.

I've heard coconut water works. Never tried it, though.
