How often do you exercise? Does the warmer weather give you extra motivation?
I try to take a couple mile walk at least 3-5 days a week, more if I can squeeze it in. I've not had one for a while. Need to try and find time today (when it's not dark!), it really helps the stress.
I do the Wii Fit or take a walk every day. When it's warm out I walk. When it's cold out I do the Wii Fit.
