Ours does and it starts today! I registered my 3 year old for it. I hope she wins some prizes. :) We are going to the library later this afternoon because they are having a reptile man come in and bring snakes. We are turning in her 3 library books and getting 3 more (one for each year she is) and going to start logging her minutes.

Yeah ours offers great deals. Lian also signs up at his granny's local library.
We missed the reptile man , but I plan on taking the kids on Monday to spend at least an hour there for the lost time today.
Working at the library would be so fun!
Quoting CometGirl:Our library summer reading program started 3 weeks ago. My kids enjoyed it a lot when they were younger. My DD now works at the library so she is still participating!

YES! Thank God funds have not been cut for that! My thirteen-year-old and three-year-old signed up on yesterday. If my thirteen-year-old reads more than others (we are here in Los Angeles, a huge huge city with millions of people, so I do not know if that is possible), she could win an iPad or four days to Disneyland. As for my three-year-old, she will receive a free book after we checked off a certain amount of books.
