- Meat of one whole rotisserie chicken
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 C.)
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped or pressed
- 1 Tbs. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- Splash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 1 can red kidney beans, undrained
- 1 can great northern beans, undrained
