Sometimes it's more difficult than other times but the majority of the time, ignoring everyone and everything that brings negativity my way really helps.

I focus on the good things and the good people in my life. Praying helps me a lot. Singing and listening to uplifting music helps too =)

 Well I am just naturally a positive person so it takes a lot for me to be negative

 It's hard but I find if I am down in the dumps walking the dog for a long walk helps me :>)

Getting rid of the negative people that were in my life has really helped to this point-I'm glad I was able to let go of people like that, or letting my husband deal with most of the negative situations that occur-He handles situations like that better than I do, and it helps me keep my positive attitude...

Most days I'm that positive upbeat happy person. When I get down I make a concious effort to find good. Every day I make sure I laugh at least once.
