i've bought a few things off there. the most recent was my old Internet modem and the other thing was, our van. lOl.. We found it on Craigslist.

No, I did look for kitens on craigslist but I didn't find any.

Yes, I bought a 13 in TV/VCR combo for my son, he was a special needs child and going through a distructive phase, I only paid 20 bucks for it, worked perfectly for what I need it for.
