Every morning since summer started and now on into the new school year, Lian does a morning writing exercise based on a photo. I really wanted to share today's photo with you all. It was just lost on him. Who wants to go for a walk?

The picture is my favorite part of the day, despite the whining about writing. I also do my own and share it with him at the end of the exercise. He is really good at the observation parts, but 'What could happen next?' always stumps him.
