Candy & costumes!!

When do you start checking out all the Halloween candy and costumes?

When do you actually buy them? Do you give out candy on Halloween?

The stores around here are starting to put all the Halloween stuff out. We're starting to look through it all and see what the kids want to be. (The oldest changes her mind a million and one times! LOL)

We probably won't buy any of it until October some time. 

We dont give out candy b/c we're always out with the kids for trick or treating.

We'll see what DD wants to be and if its something we can't make here then she will pick out something for kids at Wallyworld or Kmart. Normally she likes to go with what we have on hand and we recycle from the older kids.

One of our older kids always stays behind until we get home and passes out the candy.

i dont think we get many here either. we don't even trick or treat over here .lOl We go to a couple of the neighbors we know but other than that we stick to our church events (trunk -n-treats) and things like that.

 we stick to the neighborhood, she's only 3 so  she doesn't need tons of candy

 I will go and get her costume the being of October. I always give out candy to the Trick or Treaters. We always get a least 75 to 100 kids that come to are house!

 I already bought some Halloween candy, but I havent looked at the costumes yet.

I have never given out candy. We always all go out that night.

we don't give out candy because no one comes here. We won't start thinking about scostumes until closer to halloween.
