Well, my favorite one is my favorite winter and holiday wrapped in one. I gave birth to my son on Dec 19. We brought him home Dec 23. And it was 60 degrees that day. But it's still my favorite winter memory.(;-)
sledding as a kid
Sledding and building a igloo with my childhood bff
when I was younger, like 8 or so, my family and extended family had old tire tubes and my dad lives over the hill from a park. I remember bundeling up and all of us (30 or so) going up to the park and sled riding on these inner tubes that were huge. It was soo much fun!! There was a bump in the hill, a small one that would send us flying and laughing.
I loved sledding as a kid. My favorite though is when there is a blizzard and I go out and stand in it, it's so quiet, you can only hear the snow flakes hitting the fallen snow, amazing.
The age of four building a huge snowman with my fraternal twin-sister,& eldest brother! We had 'bout six-to-eight-inches of the wet, type, packing snow(the year was 1958).
So many, but some of the best are from sledding with my cousins when we were little.
