I am leaving tomorrow morning for a week. I live in a dupplex and my neighbor and I have separate furnances. Would you turn down the heat or just turn it off?

Hmmm, I would turn it down, but not off. You don't want it to get too cold in your place.

IMO if it's 2 to 3 or a whole month, turn it off!
But only a week, IMO turn low. 50's or 40's low
