Leftovers?  Ours last by day two, hehehehe. But I have done a pot pit out of leftovers before.

It's where I shred the left over turkey add the stuffing and left over gravy mix it together and put it in the oven for about 30 on 350. Then I use the left over rolls and we eat as sandwiches or just by itself. It's great for football game the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Plus you can use up alot of your leftovers
