Do you bake for the holidays?

One of my best memories is baking with one of my Aunts for Christmas. I can still see all our goodies in my mind. I baked with a friend last year cookies for Christmas. This year I am not sure what I'll do. Maybe just simple things for DS and I.

Yes I bake. It's a tradition I started with my kids and neices and nephews. This year we will be adding candy to the list. They are older so it should be loads of fun. My dad always baked at Christmas. I remember his popcorn balls were the best. Made them for the first time last year.  Can't wait to make them again this year

The memories I have baking with my Nana as a child are some of the best! My daughter has terrible memories baking with me because apparently I turn into a perfectionist. The words "Nazi" and "Hitler" were thrown around, much to my chagrin. My son is 15 years younger than dd, so I have lightened up a lot. I try to bake a different treat every week with him and not care how they turn out.

Yes I make about 20 different kinds. I start right after Thanksgiving.
