Im being nosy.  We have a website where we can look up anyones name in the state and see all their pending cases.  I know two people getting divorced and was curious where it stood.  It said they had a disposition hearing today.  What is that?  Mine was uncontested and took all of ten minutes to do and we did it ourselves so im not up on all the lingo.  Haha!

I just had a deposition : ) They are used for many things. Manly a court deposition is where a party has to answer questions under oath and everything is recorded by a court reporter.

Dispositioning hearing is a hearing to conclude the case.
