I'v been marred for 4 years now, but i'm dont happy but there something i need to know. i'm know you got to be separted for six months in va, But he live's in Wva and i live in va would it be the same or what? i dont know if it would be the same or don't in wva as is is in Va.

I dont know VA law but he lives at a different addy so i would think your separated.. hope that helps
