Youngest sd came over here with about 10 littlest pet shoppes (all large fold out things) and a huge case of the animals. She already has a ton of them here under her bed and on the shelves. They havent been touched in probably 2 years. I asked her why she was bringing them here she said "my mom wants them out of our house." I said "ok but do you ever play with them ?" She said "no not really.". I told her there was no room in the bedroom she shares with dd that we were trying to actually start to clear out today. I said she could put them in the basemant but the basement is shortly getting finished and we are getting a dumpster to clear it out so there was a chance they would be thrown out. She then decided she would take them back home and give them to her little cousin! YAY!
Dh threw a fit about having to load all the stuff back in the car and have to hear bm bitch about all the stuff coming back.. i said oh well and helped him carry it out to the car LOL....
Just tired of her using my house for storage of old crap that they should just give away or throw it
Okay, we actually do this to BM, lol! But, in our defense, she once saw a bunch of their old toys in the back of our minivan, ready to be donated to Goodwill. She got all upset because they were "good toys". So, now, if it's something that's still in good shape, I ask them if they want to take it to BM's house. We only have them EOWE anyway. Maybe they would play with it more if they had it full-time.
Men! They do anything to avoid confrontation! My husband is the same way!
