That STUPID HORRIBLE F****** liar **UPDATE in blue**
So, my SD's BM is stupid fucking, sneaky liar. They recently signed an agreement to give her more weekends and time with her daughter. My SO signed it in front of a notary but did not go to the court house with her since he had to get back to work and she said she could handle it. Today, we get in the mail papers that she filed stating that since he deploying, he is giving her full custody with no holidays and one month in the summer and she gets child support. The last page has both hers and his signatures. He NEVER agreed to this. She used the last page from the earlier agreement they signed together and FUCKING ATTACHED IT to these documents that she wrote up. How the hell can she fucking get away with this??!?!?! I am so f-ing pissed off!! We don't have the money to retain a lawyer right now! I don't know what we are going to do. I don't want to lose my SD and my SO loves her to death and is so infuriated right now. AAARRRRGGGGHHHH I really hate her right now.

So, the judge approved the papers. Without even talking to my SO or anything. The BM brought the cops to our place while my SO was at work and only I was home and took her away from me. I am so devastated. Been bawling all day. In the new CO, my SO and I get NO holidays and only one month in the summer with her. It is so fucking unfair. We are going to try to appeal but we are probably fucked now. I can't believe this actually went thru.
My SO doesn't qualify for legal aid. He makes too much money for them. I don't know what we can do!
