Call local police to perfrom a well child check. Tell them you havent been able to get in touch with BM for 3 days to speak with SD.

BM will text him saying they are busy and won't call. So technically she contacts him she refuses to let him talk to his daughter.

Call the police and ask them to do a well child check. Explain that Bm won't allow you to talk to her during her visitation and you want to make sure she's alright.

I would tell them that you have been sent texts but no calls so you aren't sure if it is BM.

She's three so the personal phone wouldn't work at this point... :(

It states that either parent can call child at any time but she is always busy. ><
