help file a motion

I cant find a form or a sample on how to file am otion to change the residential back to me.


The jusdge said to come back this summer before school since i didnt want to pull the kids out of school in the middle of the year.


Anyone know what to write or how to write it? I live in Ohio if that helps.... thaks so much

What exactly are you trying to do? Did you just get custody and want to move the kids to your house or...?

No he tried to get custody of the girls last year but it stayed as shared parenting and I moved let him keep residential and the judge told me to come back this summer to change it to switch there schools instead of pulling them out in the middle of the school year
