Minor but IRRITATING! VENT!

 XH told my kids (14, 13, 11) that he would not be getting them this weekend because he is going to Holiday World. Number 1 he has had VERY limited contact with them (CO's) since Easter and this is only the 2nd weekend he has been entitled to them overnight since then. Number 2 he ALSO gave up his week of vacation time this past week because he said they didn't want to stay (which excited me but they said was not true). and NUMBER 3...WHO THE HELL tells kids "I'm not coming to get you because I am going to have a day of fun at a water park WITHOUT you"..REALLY!?!?!? Some people....

P.S. We go back to court on Sept 7 and don't think this won't be brought up! I mean really...WHY are you fighting me on this when you don't want them when the court says you can have them anyway!?!?

 Sadly...they're used to him being an asshole. It made me more upset than it did them. :(

I am going threw the same thing with my ex. We live 800 miles away and he sees ds for a few chunks of time. Well he's starting school next month and the parting time needs to be changed. Well I brought him to his dads and also to visits family and his dad only saw him 2 times and he refused to keep him on his last visit. Kinda worked out cause ds didn't want to stay anyway
