How does he pay CS?

Does he send in a check? Does it get taken from his checks? How does it get paid?

My DH likes to set up auto pay to make sure it gets done, so it gets taken out of our bank account automatically the day it's due and put on a card for BM to use.

My fiance pays his ex directly with a check. My ex pays me through income deduction...otherwise he wouldn't pay at all.

It gets automatically taken out of his check every time he gets paid and makes its way to BM...

That's another great question, right?  She sends it to herself, not to the school.  I've never asked her about it, all I can figure is that perhaps she pays the tuition in advance then pays herself back.  But she and I don't ever talk.

SD is about to start public school, and I asked DH about these payments...he said they're going to continue.  I'm trying to talk him into putting them into a savings plan for her college instead of giving them to BM free and clear when she has zero court order and refused it all together.  This seems really fishy to me, and I'm not happy about it.

She works for me because I took over two of the four divisions of DH's company in exchange for half ownership...she was employed by him when they were married and he let her keep the job after the divorce because he felt sorry for her.  So now I'm half owner of the company she works for.  He never gave her any ownership, which was just about the smartest thing he ever did.

Anyway, we are phasing her out.  Slowly.  But she needs to find something else before we cut the cord completely.

Kinda making me sick to think she still has all that access.  I'm changing the password and taking over, I think. 

Edit: Also, we don't technically pay child support.  She refused any court ordered child support (she makes well over six figures, working for ME!!), instead we pay SD's tuition at a private school, which is about how much we would pay in CS based on the calculations.  So nothing goes through the state.

What is she writing a check for if there is no CS?
