Ss(11) because of the touching of sd and asking dd(4) and sd(8) to pull their pants down. Ss (11) is going to be returned to BM on Monday... A week earlier so that the DSS in VA can force the psyc eval that BM will fight. I still can't believ she called her dd a liar!!!

Dh is going to attempt to file an emerg. Exparte for custody of sd and other ss(9) here in NC. When reading the laws last night... It said that if it was an emergency... They can grant custody out of state and ask the other state to give them jurisdiction.

If they refuse... Then it will be filed in VA on Monday.

There is no way we can enforce the " conditionally safe" terms of DSS with dh working nights... No way to constantly supervise... The minute you have to go to the bathroom, the kids will interact w/o an adult.
