Poor kid was pretty sad. She came after i called. Said she would be 20 minutes...an hour later......

Been there! My ss's bm forgot to come get him because she was having a BBQ and it slipped her mind!

Yep. She said that she was busy with her other kids and ss slipped her mind.....she was telling me this right in front of ss. Poor kid had been watching the clock and talking about his visit all day. After pick up time he asked me about 20 times to call her. I did call and text several times.

I know what it's like watching SK watch a clock for something that is not going to happen. There were times I just wanted to throw every damn clock out the effing window, and have them help me. It might make them feel better to throw something. lol

Man that sucks, poor guy.

I can never understand how someone can forget their kid, especially if they don't get to see them very often (DH used to count down the minutes until he could pick SS up)

i have forgotten a lot of things in my life. but i have never ever forgotten my child! especially when there is a party.!!!!!! i see bm do this to ss she will drop him at his gp and forget to pick him up for days. at least that's what he tells dh . im sorry for your ss .
