We've been dealing with courts since Feburary. We've already had several reschedules because of various reasons. Because of all of this she (Bm) now has a lawyer and although she has yet to set up her supervised visitation to see her child she is blaming the 3rd party and saying they are giving her the run around and trying to talk my dh into doing the visits. There's no way in hell thats happening! We go the 20th for child support to try to get her set up on it because we have temporary custody but we still have to go back to do the actual custody case. Oh and her lawyer is the husband of the judges that gave us temporary custody and we are going through for the child support order. Does anyone know the chances of my dh still having to pay her child support even though she only has supervised visits for an hour every week? He makes anywhere from 600-800/week gross, and i know she's working but it may be under the table so it wont count. Also wouldnt it be a bit of conflict of interest for her lawyer? Any help, advice, or support is welcomed...and thanks in advance!
