Because of DF's drill schedule and when Easter weekend falls, we wont have SD again until 8 pm. on Easter Sunday so we will be coloring eggs with SD tomorrow.  My question is... if we hardboil the eggs tonight and color them tomorrow and refrigerate them for the three weeks until we hide thm Easter morning, will they be stinky and stuff? or wil they last?

I've kept hard boiled eggs in the fridge that long, ate them and still lived.

Plus plastic eggs are better for hunting anyway. U can hide candy inside, toys, love me coupons, or if she's older u could do a scavenger hunt with the eggs to find her Easter basket. I think that's what ill do withmy kids they are older now I can hide the babaskets bc and put a letter to the location in each egg and a little candy! O I'm full of ideas tonight.

I wouldnt chance it. Three weeks is a long time for eggs to sit.
Maybe do plastic ones with prizes?!

We do real eggs and plastic eggs with prizes inside of them... we just really like coloring eggs with the kids :( Maybe we'll color them and then keep them in the fridge and if they start to stink we'll get rid of them and have my kids do more closer to Easter to replace them. If they don't go bad we'll hide them on Easter for the kids to find. Either way this way we get to color eggs with SD :) We don't plan on eating them so we aren't risking anybody getting sick just a stinky fridge lol Thanks for the answers ladies.
