What's a good name for Stepmom?

I'll be becoming a stepmom in less than three months and we're trying to come up with a way for my fiance's kids (ages 9 & 12) to address me.  They have a mom, so "Mom" isn't appropriate.  "Stepmom" seems a little Cindarella-ish.  And just my first name is too informal for an adult and a person deserving of a respectful title.  I can't be the first person to face this.  Any ideas????

We've been trying to get Stepson to call me a new name because he keeps calling me mom/mommy.

Maybe Mimi?

I'm Pepper.  :)  When he talks about me, he says either "Pepper" or "Stepmom."  It is what it is.

We simply chose the word for mother in another language. We actually sat down with bm to hash it out and make sure everyone was happy with the choices, her new husband also had the word dad in another language.

Uh... Miss [First Name]?

I just go by my first name and haven't had any really issues.  SD did attempt to call me by a nickname once that she's heard my friends use, but that was a rather simple correction.

What do your coworkers call you? Your friends?  More importantly, what does your family call you?

"too informal for an adult and a person deserving of a respectful title" REALLY rubs me the wrong way.  I am having a very difficult time figuring out why your name is so disrespectful?  These kids are becoming part of your family, but your name is too informal??? REALLY?

Why not just use your name?
