Permission to post

Since I was just informed that I needed permission to post here, I now need to know from whom that permission comes from. Do we petition the admins for permission to respond to a post or the person who made it originally?

I feel this is important information to know about. With having such a requirement, it should be mentioned in the welcome letter that is e-mailed when you join.

Another poster, in this group, informed me that I needed permission to post. She didn't explain where that permission came from so I was asking.

I can see how you might have interpreted it that way, but I'm 99% positive that's not what PDX meant.

There are posters that pull longevity out of their ass when thy don't have anything better to say to someone, but I've never seen her to be one of them, promise.

I'm sure whomever told you that was just being snarky. It happens, don't take it to heart. This is a public forum and you can post whatever (with certain limitations) you want.
