The other parent's property

Does a parent have a right to access the other parent's property whenever their child is at that parent's home?

Does the child have the authority to invite their parent in the other parent's house?

Hell no to the first.

and yes/no on the 2nd. DD once asked me if I wanted to see her room at her dad's house. I said "oh today isnt good" and BF knew what i was doing and he said "hailey if you want to show your mom your room you can."

that is all.

Children in my house aren't allowed to invite anyone in, whether it's their best friend or their BM. Permission must be asked first.

Similarly, the ex's aren't allowed to just enter on their own either.

Exactly this. Parents working together and being respectful of one another. :)

In what alternative universe would either of those be acceptable outside of a serious emergency?

No.
If SS wanted BM to come in and see the house, I would be fine with whatever DH decided.
