What brought you to that decision and how did the purchasing process go for you?

We just sold a house in Jan. We might buy again after we move in july. This time I want a single story house:)

We just bought a house, my husband was bored and needed a project so he got a fixer upper. I would like to say next time we won't have to do any work on the house we buy, but I know that will never happen.

Yes we own.....I wanted a single family but we bought a townhome......thank god bc we can now afford it wo dipping into savings.....I was a bitch about it in the beginning.....dh said do not live out of our means....hate to say it...he was right

we planning on buy a home abotu 2 or 3 years from now. it will probably be a mobile home because they are cheaper.
