What is your system for making sure all the bills get paid?

I have everything scheduled on my Google Calendar, then it emails me 7 to 10 days before it is due so I have time to go set up the payments.

I'm not organized about it, I just know when bills are due and have never forgotten to pay them. I always try to set up a system but never stick with it!

I really only have like 4 or 5 bills that i actually have to remember to do. So its usually pretty easy to remember them. I just know about when they are due, and which pay checks we can use to pay them. I split the bills up between the two we get a month.

Hubby and I sit down every Friday, go over what is due the coming week and either pay them online or mail them out.

I was in a good habit and then we moved to Germany. After 3 years of not really having any bills to pay, I was forgetting when the bills were due.

We get e-reminders for most and write it on the calendar for the rest.

I just have it set. We pay mortgage and insurance on the 1st, no matter what. We pay all the others on the 15th, no matter what. It just works best for us.
