Suggestions for cutting back and making extra money?

I need suggestions for cutting expenses, finding extra money and making extra money!  Like, what do you do to try and save money?  The last time I was on CafeMom I found some great mentors that helped with this, but I'm having trouble finding suggestions today....

My husband and I both work 2 jobs and we don't belong to a gym, spend money on clothes, or stuff like that.  Any other suggestions?  I'm ready to get SERIOUS!!

Call your cell phone company and see if they can run a test on your usage and lower the plan you are on.Check out direct tv rates and tell them you are going to switch your plan (or vice versa). Refinance your car with a lower rate.

Make your own cleaning products. Vinegar and water works great. You can Google a recipe for homemade laundry soap, use cloth kitchen towels instead of paper towels for messes. Sell anything you're not using or don't need on Craigslist or have a yard sale. Unplug anything with power lights when not in use. Like our stereo has a red light to let you know Its off, unplug it instead.

I ditto those two tips... make your own gifts and home made cleaners.

Also hand wash dishes instead of using a dish washer
