Ways to Save $: Coffee

coffeeMake your own coffee: Everyone seems to have heard of the latte factor. Even though the author may have overestimated the savings from skipping a latte at Starbucks, don’t underestimate the ding it puts in your pocket in the long run. You don’t have to entirely ban drinking coffee, but skip it as often as possible unless you make it at home.

Your thoughts?

I like good coffee, so we buy beans that are not ground, and grind them, it tastes much better when you grind it!

I drink coffe, but often buy from Star Bucks or Caribou which is like $5 bucks at least.  If you times that by 5 I would say $25 dollars a week.

Just a thought.

I treat myself to a Starbucks or DD about once a week.  Other than that., I make my coffee at home, but even that is getting more and more expensive!

I usually drink one cup of coffee in the mornings. I buy the maxwell house (my mom always drunk it so I have never tried anything else). It's like 9 bucks and last me a whole month.

We make our own beverages.  I make sweet tea and we have a 4 cup coffee maker and we make lemonade...

I'm not a coffee drinker really. I enjoy occasionally a peppermint mocha from starbucks. But that's a treat!
