You forget to thaw out meat for dinnertime?

I use a quick thaw method or, in the case of ground beef, cook from frozen.
I rarely forget because I keep my meal plan posted on the refrigerator door. It's in my face all day.

Mac & cheese, pizza, cook hamburger frozen I do the same with chicken breats I cook them from the forzen state.
