So, let's say you have a dream. An idea for a new business, a vacation of a lifetime, being debt free, having more time for the kids...whatever it is, whatever it may be, it is your dream. Which means, you have to invest in it, which sometimes can be an indulgence. And remember, investing in your dreams is what you have to do to make them happen.
Buy some new pieces for your wardrobe. This goes for the guys, too, if they are hunting for jobs or even trying to keep the jobs they have. Being current with your look, having good solid interview outfits, a non-wornout briefcase, and so on can make a difference when meeting a possible employer.
Buy some new tech. I just got a new laptop, one that is lighter and more portable as I often write on the go, at coffee shops, and during Kiddo's ballet class. It was an investment in my dream of being a successful freelance writer.
Buy some new ideas (or learn some old ones). Say your dream is to make a children's book. Take a class, join the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, hire a sitter to watch the kids while you work on it. Put money toward this dream by learning about it and spending time on it.
What is your big dream? Tell us and what you are doing to make it happen!

My long term dream is to build(have built) a log cabin on several acres of land. In the meantime we are putting some of my husbands paycheck into savings each time and buying his mother's home. It is a nice little cape cod in a nice neighborhood. We are supposed to close on 7/31 with a 10% down payment, it will be a 15 year fixed rate loan. We hope to pay it off early and then sell that house to build our log cabin dream home.
More vacations are definitely in the horizon, as well as a new home and maybe a second vehicle.

HI, having I would like to share this opportunity. I found myself struggling because I needed to help my husband financialy, BUT I wasn't very happy with the fact that my kids would have to spend more than half of the day without mom or dad. Well that's when this amazing opportunity was shared with me and I loved it.
Now I am my own boss, I get to spend time with my kids and husband but still receiving a decent income. I make my own schedule and I am in control of my time.
Take a look at this short video and let me know what impacted you and if there is any questions I can answer, also let me know..
