Yay but it doesn't have to be monday for us we do atleast three days a week no meat

Yeah... I love meatless meals... it is tougher for my DH but he agrees about once a month.
We aim to eat fish 2 times a week which is already pushing it for him.

yay..but it hardly ever happens. dh is a meat and potatoes kinda guy. lol.
