 Aside from rent, electricity is our higest bill I believe :(

We either live where electricity is cheaper, or get by with less, but our electric bill is less than out cell phone bill.  Asidde from internet access, it's probably our cheapest.  Oh, except for insurance on cars-but we pay that semi annually and don't think about it as a monthly bill.
