Is it better to have a general budget or budget a certain amount for each person?

Should you have an account separated specifically for holiday shopping?

Is it better to purchase throughout the year or budget during the end of the year for it? Last year we did it throughout the year and I find we spent more money in the long run.

Is there a quick way I can get my Christmas budget to grow ? Like putting $500 into a money market account early in the year? Would it be worth after fees?

Did you have a budget in place to start before you started buying throughout the year?

Okay, so if I have separate budgets for holiday gifts, decorations, and entertaining, are there any other things I should plan for?
