My names Tabitha, im 19 i have a 18 month old daughter .. i am a waitress only making $2.13 /hour + tips..i live in a town where ppl hate to tip so im lucky to bring home over 20$ a day.. my fiance mows lawn his money is under the table i have no car and wish to find a larger apartment but how can i save money to evn afford anything?? I need advice please

Good for you for wanting to do better!  A few questions to help us help you.

Did you graduate high school?  What skills do you have and/or what do you like to do?  Do you NEED a bigger place or just WANT one.  Learn from the experience of others here and learn to live within your means now rather than after paying of huge amounts of debt before figuring it out.  :-)  Read anything you can find by Dave Ramsey and follow his advice.

Previous posters gave good advice. You can also save money by making your own cleaning products, cooking from scratch, stop eating out and eat at home. Do you have a budget?

Maybe advertise to babysit when you have free time to do so....that will help you get extra money or look for an office job that is entry level.

 is it possible to pick up a second job or find a different job? if you rely on your tips and you dont earn that much that way i would focus on changing that part in addition to many of the tips already listed by other posters.
