Bike Trainer
If the dad you know loves riding his bike but can't seem to get outside for a ride, a Kinetic Road Machine Fluid Bike Trainer ($349) will be very appreciated. It attaches to the bike he already has so he can squeeze in a ride indoors while his little one naps. If he's more into keeping up with his riding form, a CycleOps Aluminum Roller ($300) might be more his thing.

No way. An actual stationary exercise bike can't be much more expensive, at least j would think not.
