My puppy just died, we did everything we could and it still died. Now out of 6 puppies we have 2 that seem ok and one that is sick that we are attempting to save also.
Nothing has broke my heart like telling ds the puppy he loved so much just died. He just cried and cried. He got ice cream and was sitting there crying while eating it. He then asked we could keep one of the other puppies and I told him no (they've been sold but we're making sure they're healthy first). So he told me when we go to the mall he's taking all his piggy bank money and buying one.
And worse is that my neighbor hasn't asked how the puppies are doing. She hasn't even apologized because we told her 2 puppies died and 2 were sick. She knows her dog got ours sick.
Yes they do. We found out on Wednesday morning when we woke up to two dead. That night my neighbor asked if my dogs were sick saying hers has been sick for a week and they were bringing him to the vet. Her dog was put to sleep because it was to advanced.

That's sad. Parvo can hit fast and hard. I was friends with a breeder of Golden Retrievers that got hit with parvo....she worked around the clock and managed to save them, but it was a long, hard battle. Were the pups able to get any shots before they were exposed?

Do they start crying, get real and could? If so It's parvo. And you can't Do anything for them.

They had their first set and had their 2nd set right around the time they got sick.

We've done everything we could. I'm just so mad because we've been so careful and don't let them out of our yard. I'm hoping the 3 remaining dogs make it.
