Back to School Countdown Day 1: Size Up Supplies
Before you go out and buy new pens, pencils, notebooks and binder, go through last year's supplies. See what you can reuse and what you'll need to buy new. This will prevent you from buying items that you might have around the house already.
What are you able to repurpose? What's on your list to buy new?

They have backpacks that they can use, but otherwise I have to buy all their supplies and use the ones I got on clearance last year after school shopping, I always pick up extra. So that saves me a little. The big thing this year is they each need a ream of copy paper
I did a an inventory this weekend and found that I didn't have much to reuse. And while I was at Walmart buying stuff for a camping trip, I got most of the supply list stuff. We are changing to public schools from a private school this year, so I am somewhat waiting on clothes to see how the kids' style shapes up.
