What's for dinner tonight? Is it frugal?
We're having a cheeseburger salad. It's frugal because I am using lettuce from my garden, tomatoes from last week that need to be used, beef from my stockpile, and dill pickles that I found in my cupboard. The only thing I needed to buy cheese.
chicken and rice with peas and carrots. 1.00 per serving
I made Gumbo and homemade rolls. I used some leftover chicken and sausage, so yeah, I'd say that it was pretty frugal.
