We're getting one in our small town....does anyone have one in their area? How good are they for sales/coupons/quality?

We have a shopko - it has a payless shoes in it :) Anyway, they are like a mixture of JcPenny, Kohls and Target - I like shopping there, they have some good deals and some not so good deals. I usually just check out the clearance racks - I got a beautiful dress for roughly $12 when it was originally roughly $45!
