Now that you've made list of what you need this holiday season, keep your eyes open for sales and coupons. Yes, there are often sales around the holidays, but start looking now.

Do you wait and buy most presents right before the holidays or do you shop all year long?

I usually am a last minute shopper. Last year though, I was working at toys r us during season and started shopping early :-)

I usually start shopping for Christmas presents early in the year. I watch for sales and use coupons to get them early and put them up for Christmas. I do the same thing for birthdays.

I shop all year long for the good sales.  But I will be more aware of sales now that Christmas is closer.

I keep saying I'm going to shop early but never do

Whenever I see things I want to give as "big gifts" on clearance/sale I buy them right then. But I usually buy all of the little things right before Christmas.

I like the idea of shopping all year, but never get around to it, so we wait and get them November and December.  I like to do online shopping and find good deals, or free shipping.

I use coupons if I need them. We just spent $15 on a local coupon book and there are $15 in grocery item coupons, plus some for local all natural coupons, etc. I don't clip coupons for anything boxed, bagged, canned, etc.

I shop all year, mainly because I am always looking for ideas.
