amazon has a lot of things that are free ship if its over 25$ .. if I'm looking to buy something anyways and its a good deal and what I want ill buy there. saves on gas and other unintentional purchases for impulse buyers

I buy wrapping paper at dollar tree. sounds cheep but its only wrap not the gift.

Some mentioned already, shop all yr clearance and put stuff away.Cut out people that you dont really need to buy for such as some adults if you buy for their kids.Do ecards to save postage or hand deliver cards to people closeby and neighbors.

Buy items you know others will like when they are on sale.  Shop throughout the year to spread out the spending.
