what do you do with the christmas left overs?!

we have a turkey each christmas, & afterwards we make it into a turkey stew! (you can add egg noodles or rice! anything for the "carbs" part.)

We usually heat them up and eat. After Thanksgiving I made turkey salad.

We have ham for Christmas and just eat the leftovers as is. We only have enough extra for maybe one or two meals.

Our leftovers are normally always gone by the 3rd day. Sandwiches and full plates are normally always made.
