Pay off 95% of debt, and save to get a house... we really want another baby but refuse to do it in my mom's house...there is already very little room for us now.

our only debt is the car which we pay more then is owed. I want to start saving more money and look into retirement savings for us.

 to get a student loan paid off so that money can be used to pay extra on a credit union loan. Once those 2 are paid off an extra $300/month is going on the equity loan and hopefully pay it off in 5 years instead of 15!
