Most everything we do ourselves.

My husband does about 95% of them.

We rent so our landlord's maintenance guy does it, unless we are given approval to do it ourselves.

We do as many of them ourselves as humanly possible.  My dad's very skilled and the only things he can't officially do are things that need permits/approval i.e. wiring and plumbing.

My hubby does all the home repairs.  His motto is "why pay someone when I can do it myself."  Sometimes I wait a long time for him to get things fixed.  If he absolutely can't fix it we'll call someone who can.  Luckily that has only happened twice.

I usually pay someone and it's usually a friend that is usually in need of some extra cash.
