How do you make squash pancakes? Is it similar to pumpkin pancakes?

Oatmeal, bagels, egss. I don't like plain oatmeal, so I mix plain oatmeal with packaged. That way, it's less sugar and more filling than one little package of oatmeal. With a banana it's a bomb.

1 mom liked this

Ingregients:

3 eggs

2 T cooked squash

1 T avacado (you can use squash for this T, too)

3 T natural peanut butter

Put all ingregients in blender.  Blend until smooth and well mixed.  Pour on well greased griddle.  (I use coconut oil and ghee to grease my griddle.)

Makes 7-8 pancakes.
