Do you buy locally organic foods?

I buy from a mennonite store all year long, is it organic, I dont know, but it is wonderful....and only 5 miles from my house....store of my choice

I love to hit the local farmers' markets. I tend to go by the skin/no skin. If I can peel a skin off, I don't buy organic. Things that we eat the skin usually are organic.

I buy from the farmer's market whenever I can.  But, it's really hard to get there with my daycare schedule.  It may not always be organic, but it is local.  As far as organic, If they have what I need in an organic when I go to the grocery store, I will ALWAYS get the organic.

I buy from a strawberry stand that is organic.  I love it.  A lot of times the strawberries are still warm from the fields.  Yummy!

We grow a lot of our own to avoid having to buy any at all.  And then we know it's organic.

But other than that I don't really have many buying choices around here.

During the summer and fall growing seasons, whatever the local organic farmer has that we like.

We don't live too far from a lot of farms so we buy when we can get out there!
