I wonder if its just based on what zip codes printed the most coupons, because I know a lot of people change up the zip codes when printing coupons because of the regional differences.

Wow...Sacramento is #9. Hard to believe, but what can you say? I think it's due to the 15% paycut we received that spanned over almost two years!!!
